General trading conditions (AGB) The following basic rules are valid in their at the time of the order valid version for all business between private customers or clients (customer) and GZ Design Hamburg, the operator of on-line shop " mode figurinen.de" (Supplier), which are closed using by on-line services.

§ 1 Contract conclusion
The contract is concluded by an order and a contentwise identical confirmation of the supplier. The customer confirms the information of these AGB by selection of an option field on the Internet site. For an effective order name and apartment address of the orderer as well as a valid email address are needed. The orderer pays by Paypal. Before a delivery confirmation by the supplier the offers are not-binding and stand under the reservation of deliverability.

§ 2 Execution of the contract
The order takes place in the following steps:
1) Selection of the product
2) Confirm by clicking the button „order now “
3) Check of the data in the shopping cart
4) Confirm by clicking the button „pay “
5) Repeated check or correction of the entered data.
6) Obligatory sending off of the order.
7) Pay by Paypal
8) Receipt of the download code
9) Product download

Concerning contents of the order and the total price the customer will receive an electronic confirmation immediate to his indicated email address. It is recommendable to keep this report. If the confirmation is different to that, what the customer imagined, the customer is obligated to communicate immediately this to the supplier on the same way on which the confirmation reached him.

§ 3 Revocation exclusion
The revocation is impossible after § 312 D BGB, if the achievement of the supplier was made personally according to order of the customer (here a digital product to the personal download)


§ 4 Data protection
All personal data and the details of the order communicated here are stored for the time necessary for the completion of the contract, however at least for the duration of the legal guarantee periods. If the customer orders more products in the shop within this time, the retention time extends accordingly. In no case we will use the data in anonymous form for the purpose of the market study and statistics. We do not pass any datas on third party.
The supplier stores the address of the customer as well as its email address for the purpose of the proper execution of the contract. Further the order and the payment information are stored. For the execution of the contract the customer permits to the supplier to involve third party if it is necessary for the execution of the contract.
The customer can permit the supplier beyond the concrete contract to use its personal data for the purpose of consultation and consumer information. The customer can permit the supplier to use the data after anonymization for the purpose of the market study and statistics. The customer can also permit the supplier to give the personal data for the purpose of the consultation and the consumer information to third party. Permissions are given by confirmation of an option field on the purchase order form of the Internet site. With the order in our shop the customer agrees with the fact that we send him irregular appearing special offers by email. If he does not like to receive these emails any longer, an email is sufficient on modefigurinen@gmail.com.

§ 5 Final clauses
European law is valid for this contract.
If the order is delivered from a natural or legal entity to a purpose, which can be assigned to its commercial or independent vocational activity, then the right of revocation is impossible after § 4. The right of withdrawal after § 6 remains untouched, but the exclusions of revocation according to § 5 are to be used. In this case achievement place is the seat of the supplier, and only the customer carries danger and costs of the dispatch.
Area of jurisdiction: District court Hamburg center.

Contents of these AGB can be changed at any time at the discretion of the supplier without previous written announcement.
